I can’t get over how many amazing food and drink options there are in South Florida! Since moving here, I’ve made it a point to try out some of the local restaurants and have yet to be disappointed. Fort Lauderdale is a vacation spot so there are a lot of chains and kitschy tourist trap restaurants. So when I find a place on the main tourist strip that has the perfect ambiance and a stellar menu, I just had to share it with you. If you’re looking for a place to eat right on Fort Lauderdale Beach, Siren’s Table at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort should be your first choice!
Siren’s Table is The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort’s recently revamped main restaurant, serving delicious seafood and steak options. When they invited me and a few other local bloggers to check out their menu, I knew I had to give it a try!
Siren’s Table Menu-
We started off the evening with their signature cocktail, the Siren’s Song. This delicious drink made of Tito’s vodka, hibiscus syrup, lemon juice and pineapple juice is the perfect cocktail to sip while waiting for your food to arrive. While enjoying cocktails and the view, we snacked on their delicious Ahi Tuna Tartare Tostada.
For the first course, we sampled their lobster bisque, which they served to us in an adorable cappuccino cup with a topping of cognac cream. This bisque was the perfect blend of hearty and savory. The dish is typically served in a larger bowl with cognac, lobster cake, and sherry creme fraiche.
Our second course was a deliciously refreshing spinach and watermelon salad, with shaved fennel, aged feta and the Chef’s specially created caramelized lemon vinaigrette. While enjoying this course, we sipped on the Queen’s Park Swizzle– a cocktail of Bacardi 8, simple syrup, mint, lime juice and angostura bitters.
For our third course, we had butter and lemon basted scallops on top of asparagus crab risotto. This was by far my favorite dish of the tasting. All of the flavors blending deliciously and I’m a sucker for a good risotto.
For the main dish, we were served an amazing dry aged prime new york strip with potato gratin and creamed spinach on the side. We finished off the meal with a passion fruit panna cotta paired with a desert wine from Napa.
You can view the entire Siren’s Table menu here. There are so many dishes that I can’t wait to go back and try!
If you’re visiting Fort Lauderdale beach, I couldn’t recommend Siren’s Table more! They are located right near the main tourist area and have some great events coming up that coincide with things like Tortuga Festival & the air show. If you are looking for a fun night out, they also have an amazing reggae band that plays on weekend nights!

Fort Lauderdale is a pretty amazing city! It lives in Miami’s shadow but certainly shouldn’t be as overlooked as it it! Come visit 🙂
Everything looks so good, especially the scallops! I agree, we had some great food when visiting S FL a few months ago. This is definitely a place I’d love to visit!

All the dishes look so good! I couldn’t decide which one to choose. I will save this for when I go to Fort Lauderdale
I spent one year working in Florida (Orlando) but never made it to Fort Lauderdale for some reason. When I go back to visit Florida in the future I’ll try to add Fort Lauderdale to the itinerary. Maybe I’ll even visit this restaurant! Looks perfect for date night. The food and drinks look delicious.

The food looks delicious and looking at your photos makes me hungry. I could that yummy new york steak right now. The selections of cocktails is very interesting, and I love the beautiful seaside location where you can enjoy them while warming up near the fire if it gets too cold in the evening.
Yes! The fire was perfect once the sun went down. Kept me warm against the ocean breeze.
Looks like an absolutely delicious mean with delicious drink pairings. The presentation of all the dishes was right on point as well. I would love to visit Fort Lauderdale. I’ll have to keep Siren’s Table in mind when I do visit. Thanks for sharing.
